Return Policy

New/Unused products may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date, in original packaging for refund only when accompanied by a return authorization # (or RA#). A RA# may be obtained by emailing customerorders@homeprovacuum.com. Orders returned without a valid RA# will not be eligable for refund and sender assumes risk of lost goods. A restocking fee may be charged for special ordered items. The restocking fee will be determined at the time of Return Authorization. Any customer damaged, previously installed, or otherwise used items are not elligable for return.  Refunds are issued by check payable to original purchaser only. Please allow 10-14 days for refund processing from the receipt of return item. HomePro Vacuum, LLC does not have access to credit card information from online orders and will not refund to a credit card.

Price Matching

If you find a price on our website within 30 days of your purchase, which is lower than the price you paid, HomePro Vacuum, LLC will refund the difference to you.  Discontinued, clearance, bulk-buy discounts, and other exceptions may apply.
